There are many similarities and differences between football and basketball . Both football and basketball are popular sports in the world . However, football is more popular than basketball. Each football team has eleven players while there are five players in the team of basketball . Players in football match normally score a few goals , but the players in the basketball match score many goals . Football match??? played mainly by feet , but it is played by hands in basketball match . Both matches are exciting and competitive . The players of each team wear special set . There is a ruler for them .
